How to File a DMCA Complaint
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), to submit a legally valid DMCA takedown notice, please include the following four core elements:
1Your Contact Details
- Your full legal name
- Official email address
- Direct telephone number
- Physical mailing address
2Description of the Copyrighted Work
- Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- Describe the material clearly enough for our compliance team to verify your claim (registration number, broadcast air date, or title)
3Location of the Alleged Infringing Material
- Provide the exact location or description of where the material appears on our service
- Include URLs, channel names, playlist entry titles, or any relevant identifying stream metadata
4Required Statutory Declarations
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed legal name prefixed by /s/).

Once we receive your notice, we review it as quickly as possible and take appropriate action if the complaint is valid:
Send your DMCA complaint with all 4 required statutory details.
Our legal compliance team inspects the notice for completeness and validity.
Valid complaints are investigated and addressed within 24 hours.
False Claims Warning (17 U.S.C. § 512(f))
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to substantial civil liability, including damages, court costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer or service provider.
Counter-Notification Procedure (17 U.S.C. § 512(g))
If you believe content or access was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notification to our designated agent.
A Valid Counter-Notice Must Include:
- Your physical signature or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
